CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ervina Covcic, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 10th day of May 2022, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho and live via Zoom meetings to consider a request from A Perfect Family LLC for a Special Use Permit allowing residential use, on the property located at S50’ of Lots 9 & 10 Block 137 Jerome Townsite (NW 19-8-17), more commonly known as 634 South Lincoln, Jerome, Idaho. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. Please consider joining the meeting virtually or submitting written comment. We strongly encourage written comment be postmarked by May 4th, 2022 or physically submitted by May 6th, 2022. Instructions for participation in the Zoom meeting can be found on the agenda.
