CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ida Clark, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 9th day of March 2021, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho and via Zoom meetings to consider a request from A&W Properties, LLC c/o Christopher Anderson, for a Lot Split on the property located at all of block A-238 Jerome Townsite NE 13-8-16, more commonly known as 520 8th Avenue West, Jerome, Idaho. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. Please considering joining the meeting virtually or submitting written comment. We strongly encourage written comment be postmarked by March 3rd, 2021 or physically submitted by March 5th, 2021.
