CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ida Clark, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 14th day of September 2021, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho and via Zoom meetings to consider a request from David & Kenetha Tomkins for a Lot Split, on the property located at Tax 3 Block A-293 Jerome Townsite SW (24-8-16), more commonly known as 810 West Avenue I, Jerome, Idaho. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. Please considering joining the meeting virtually or submitting written comment. We strongly encourage written comment be postmarked by September 8th, 2021 or physically submitted by September 10th, 2021.
