CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ida Clark, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 9th day of July 2024, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho to consider a request from Kaitlin McClure for a Special Use Permit allowing a Family Daycare Home for five children or less, on the property described as Lot 17 Block 1, Magic Meadows Subdivision #4 (SE 7-8-17), more commonly known as 756 20th Avenue East, Jerome, Idaho. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. Please consider joining the meeting or submitting written comment. We strongly encourage written comment be postmarked by July 3rd, 2024, or physically submitted by July 5th, 2024.
