CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ida Clark, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 11th day of May 2021, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho and via Zoom meetings to consider a request from Robert Reeder representing Valley Wide Cooperative, for a Special Use Permit allowing a sign higher than the eave line of the fuel canopy, on the property located at Tax 1of A-267 Jerome Townsite (NW 24-8-16), more commonly known as 837 West Main Street, Jerome, Idaho. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. Please considering joining the meeting virtually or submitting written comment. We strongly encourage written comment be postmarked by May 5th, 2021 or physically submitted by May 7th 2021.
