CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ervina Covcic, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 27th day of June 2023, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho to consider a request from A Perfect Family LLC for renewal of a Special Use Permit allowing residential use, on the property located at S50’ of Lots 9 & 10 Block 137 Jerome Townsite (NW 19-8-17), more commonly known as 634 South Lincoln, Jerome, Idaho. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. Please consider joining the meeting virtually or submitting written comment. We strongly encourage written comment be postmarked by June 21st, 2023 or physically submitted by June 23rd, 2023.
