CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ida Clark, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 24th day of August 2021, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho to consider a request from Steven Makos, for a Special Use Permit renewal for an ATV and Service and Repair shop, on the property described as Tax 1A Lot 1 Block 116 Jerome Township NE (24-8-16), more commonly known as 401 South Lincoln, Jerome, Idaho. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. The public will have the opportunity to comment in person at the meeting or by submitting written comment. Written comment must be postmarked by August 18th, 2021, or physically submitted by August 20th, 2021.
