CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ida Clark, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 14th day of December 2021, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho and via Zoom meetings to consider annexation and zoning of the property described as the following: Part of the SW¼SE¼ and Part of the SE¼SW¼ of Section 12 in Township 8 South, Range 16 East of the Boise Meridian, Jerome County, State of Idaho. Said property contains 43.27 acres more or less and is subject to a right of way for the Canal along the westerly side and is subject to a right of way for 100 North Road along the south side and is subject to any other easements or right of ways, existing or of record. More commonly known as the farmland starting approximately 1,300 feet from the northwest corner of North Lincoln Ave and 16th Avenue West, going north for approximately 1,300 feet, turning west for approximately 1,400 to the Canal and turning south following the Canal to North 100 West Road.
