CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ida Clark, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a virtual public hearing via Zoom Meeting, on the 23rd day of June 2020, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. to consider two separate requests for a Special Use Permit on the property known as Tax 13 of NESE Jerome Unplatted SEC 24-8-16, more commonly known as 975 South Lincoln Avenue, Jerome, Idaho. The two separate request are as follows: Sandra Hernandez and Jose Mejia, for a Special Use Permit allowing automotive sales; and Michelle Gomez, representing Majestic Meadows, for a Special Use Permit allowing an expansion of a manufactured home park.
