CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Esmeralda Chavez, Interim City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 153 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 8th day of February 2022, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho and live via Zoom meetings to consider a request from Endurance Holding, LLC c/o Sophia Durham for a Rezone from Neighborhood Business (C-1) to Residential 2 on the property located at Tax 2174890 of SESE Jerome Unplatted (SE 12-8-16), more commonly known as northwest corner of North Lincoln and 16th Avenue West, Jerome, Idaho, approximately 38.70 acres. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. Please consider joining the meeting virtually or submitting written comment. We strongly encourage written comment be postmarked by February 2nd, 2022 or physically submitted by February 4th, 2022. Instructions for participation in the Zoom meeting can be found on the agenda.
