CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ida Clark, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 8th day of April 2025, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho to consider a request from Quadrant Investments LLC for a Special Use Permit allowing Terminal Truck Yard and Truck and Heavy Equipment Repair, on the property described as Tax 2303219 (County Portion) of NENE SEC 31 T8 R17, more commonly known as the pasture on the south side of East Yakima Avenue between 715 East Yakima Avenue and 79 East 200 South, Jerome, Idaho. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. Please consider joining the meeting or submitting written comment. We strongly encourage written comment be postmarked by April 2nd, 2025, or physically submitted by noon April 4th, 2025.
