CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ida Clark, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 13th day of February 2024, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho to consider a request from Murod Sharafov, for a Special Use Permit, allowing livestock and chickens, on the property located at Jerome Unplatted Tax 2206722 of SESW 30-8-17, more commonly known as 212 Yakima Avenue East, Jerome, Idaho, containing approximately 2 acres. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. Please consider joining the meeting virtually or submitting written comment.
