The following are minimum requirements in order to make application for a permit. NEW INSTALLATIONS: One set of plans are required for a permit application: Complete plot plan with the following information: A. North Arrow. B. Scale of drawing. C. Property line and lot dimensions. D. Street(s) name. E. Setbacks from property lines – front, sides, rear. F. Location of existing tanks, pump(s), and buildings on property. G. Details and specifications of proposed type of corrosion protection. H. Details and specifications of piping, swing joints, and location. I. Dimensions and capacity (gallons) of tanks. J. Number of tanks and their location. REPAIR, ALTERATIONS, ABANDONMENT, TANKS PLACED TEMPORARILY OUT OF SERVICE EXISTING INSTALLATIONS: A. Details and specifications of items to be repaired, replaced, abandoned, or placed temporarily out of service. B. Location of items to be repaired, replaced, or removed. Permit approved as requested.
