CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ida Clark, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 12th day of March 2024, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho to consider a request from Teri Lesher, for a Special Use Permit, allowing chickens, ducks, and turkeys, on the property located at Tax 6 of A-254 Jerome Townsite (SW 13-8-16), more commonly known as 720 4th Avenue W, Jerome, Idaho. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. Please consider joining the meeting virtually or submitting written comment. We strongly encourage written comment be postmarked by March 6th, 2024 or physically submitted by March 8th, 2024.
