CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ida Clark, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 24th day of October 2023, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho to consider a request from Evan Hess for a renewal of a Special Use Permit allowing a home occupation, craft woodworking and online business, on the property located at E1/2 of Lot 11 and all of Lot 12, Block 81 JT (NW 19-8-17), more commonly known as 420 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. Please consider joining the meeting virtually or submitting written comment. We strongly encourage written comment be postmarked by October 18th, 2023 or physically submitted by October 20th, 2023.
