CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ida Clark, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 10th day of September 2024, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho to consider a request from Tana Parker for a Special Use Permit renewal allowing a Home Occupation for Catering, on the property described as Lot 16 Block 1, Glen Eagle Subdivision (NE 19-8-17), more commonly known as 913 Glen Eagle Drive, Jerome, Idaho. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. Please consider joining the meeting or submitting written comment. We strongly encourage written comment be postmarked by September 4th, 2024, or physically submitted by September 6th, 2024.
