Design Review Checklist An application for design review permit shall be filed with the Planning & Zoning Office two weeks prior to the next scheduled Planning & Zoning meeting. Please include the following information: Completed Application Site Plan (to scale) Vicinity Map Narrative statement addressing the Design Review Guidelines Property Owner’s written authorization Façade Design Plan to Include Description of Color and/or Exterior Materials o Color swatches showing paint name o Sample of material being applied Landscape Plan Architectural Elevations REQUIRED: Applicant must submit one electronic copy of the completed application containing all accompanying documentation.
