CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ida Clark, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 10th day of December 2024, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho to consider a request from Quadrant Investments LLC for Annexation and Initial Zoning of the property described as Tax 2303219 (County Portion) of NENE SEC 31 T8 R17, more commonly known as the pasture on the south side of 200 south between 715 East Yakima Avenue and 79 East 200 South, Jerome, Idaho, containing approximately 9.4 acres. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. Please consider joining the meeting or submitting written comment. We strongly encourage written comment be postmarked by December 4th, 2024, or physically submitted by December 6th, 2024.
