CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ida Clark, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 13th day of October 2020, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho and via Zoom meetings to consider a request from Raul Ortiz for a Special Use Permit, allowing six chickens, two calves, and up to three goats, on the property described as a parcel of land located in Block A- 276 of the original Jerome Townsite as platted and recorded February 9, 1909, as Instrument Number 2045, Jerome County records, being located in the SE1/4NW1/4 of Section 24, Township 8 South, Range 16 East, Boise Meridian, containing approximately 1.18 acres, more commonly known as 725 West Avenue D, Jerome, Idaho. ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE INVITED TO ATTEND, and shall have an opportunity to be heard. Public will have the opportunity to comment at the hearing. Persons are encouraged to submit any and all written comments by October 9th, 2020 in order to be included in the Staff Report.
