CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ida Clark, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 27th day of October 2020, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho and via Zoom meetings to consider a request from James & Tabitha Briggs to renew a Special Use Permit, allowing residential use, on the property located at East 8.2 Feet of Lot 26, All of Lots 27 thru 32, Block 87 Jerome Townsite 158.20 feet x 125 feet, NE 24-8-16, more commonly known as 117 South Birch, Jerome, Idaho. ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE INVITED TO ATTEND, and shall have an opportunity to be heard. Public will have the opportunity to comment at the hearing. Persons are encouraged to submit any and all written comments by October 23rd, 2020 in order to be included in the Staff Report.
