CITY OF JEROME NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 4th day of February 2025, at the hour of 5:30 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the Jerome City Council at Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho and via Zoom meetings to consider a request from Mower & Sons Construction LLC for a final plat re- approval of 26 residential lots on the property described as Jerome Unplatted Tax 2220429 of S1/2S1/2 SEC 12 T8 R16, more commonly known as the farmland starting approximately 1,300 feet from the northwest corner of North Lincoln Ave and 16th Avenue West, going north for approximately 352 feet, turning west for approximately 1,200 to the Canal and turning south following the Canal to 16th Avenue West (North 100 West Road), Jerome, Idaho. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. Please consider joining the meeting in person or via Zoom. Instructions for participation in the Zoom meeting can be found on the agenda.
