In case of an emergency, I authorize the city of Jerome and its employees to provide medical assistance as they determine to be necessary. I will abide by the City Policy on all Social Net Work Sites, FACEBOOK, etc. This includes, but not limited to, confidentiality, harassment/slandering, and solicitation. Volunteers found using social media sites to harass or slander the Jerome shelter and/or its employees and volunteers will be terminated from the program.
