CITY OF JEROME NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 7th day of February 2023 at the hour of 5:30 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the Jerome City Council at Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho and via Zoom consider the following: AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEROME REVISING TITLE 17 CHAPTER 50 OF THE JEROME MUNICIPAL CODE REGULATING PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION; REVISING THE NUMBER OF VOTING MEMBERS ON THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION; REVISING THE NUMBER OF YEARS FOR TERM OF OFFICE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. Please consider joining the meeting in person or submitting written comment. We strongly encourage written comment be postmarked by February 1, 2023 or physically submitted by February 3, 2023. Instructions for participation in the Zoom meeting can be found on the agenda.
