CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ida Clark, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 14th day of May 2024, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho to consider a request from Peyton Lookingbill representing Crest Motel LLC for a Special Use Permit allowing an Electronic Message Display Sign, on the property described as Lot 6 Blk 4 Victory Sub Phase 1 (SE 25-8-16), more commonly known as 2545 South Lincoln Avenue, Jerome, Idaho. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. Please consider joining the meeting or submitting written comment.
