CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ervina Covcic, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 11th day of October 2022, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho to consider a request from Marky’s Supertow LLC for a Special Use Permit allowing a Vehicle Impound Storage on the property located at Lots 2 thru 4 Jerome Townsite (NE 24-8-16), more commonly known as the Eastern Idaho Railroad property on the Northeast corner of South Elm Street and West Avenue B, Jerome, Idaho. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. Please consider joining the meeting in person or submitting written comment. We strongly encourage written comment be postmarked by October 5th, 2022 or physically submitted by October 7th, 2022.
