CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ervina Covcic, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 10th day of January 2023, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho to consider a request from Juan Gonzalez for a Special Use Permit renewal allowing a commercial entertainment facility (indoors) on the property located at Lots 16 & 17, Block 76 Jerome Townsite SE (13-8- 16), more commonly known as 160 West Main Street, Jerome, Idaho. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. Please consider joining the meeting in person or submitting written comment. We strongly encourage written comment be postmarked by January 4th, 2023 or physically submitted by January 6th, 2023. Instructions for participation in the Zoom meeting can be found on the agenda.
