CITY OF JEROME NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 6th day of February 2024, at the hour of 5:30 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the Jerome City Council at Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho and via Zoom meetings to consider a partial plat vacate for the property described as follows: Being all of Block 1 and Deere Road and a portion of Block 2 as shown on that certain Map entitled “Deere Park Subdivision”, recorded November 24, 1999 as Instrument No. 995951 in the office of the County Recorder of Jerome County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest Corner of said Block 1 and being the REAL POINT OF BEGINNING; Thence, along the West Boundary of said Block 1, North 00°18’36” East 823.63 feet; Thence, continuing along said West Boundary, along the arc of a tangent curve to the right having a radius of 30.00 feet, through a central angle of 91°04’30”, an arc distance of 47.69 feet and a long chord that bears North 45°50’51” East 42.82 feet to a point on the South Right-of-Way Boundary of Deere Way as shown on said Map; Thence, along said South Right-of-Way Boundary, South 88°36’54” East 966.91 feet to the Northeast Corner of Lot 8, Block 2 as shown on said Map; Thence, along the Northeastern Boundary of said Lot 8, Block 2, along the arc of a tangent curve to the left having a radius of 11619.16 feet, through a central angle of 01°34’46”, an arc distance of 320.31 feet and a long chord that bears South 34°30’54” East 320.30 feet to the Eastern Corner of said Lot 8, Block 2; Thence, along the Southeastern Boundary of said Lot 8, Block 2, South 70°03’57” West 316.46 feet to a point on the Northeastern Boundary of Lot 2, Block 2 as shown on said Map; Thence, along said Northeastern Boundary and the Northeastern Boundary of Lot 3, Block 2, South 36°28’09” East 90.91 feet; Thence, along the East Boundary of said Lot 3, Block 2 and the East Boundary of Lot 4 and Lot 5, Block 2, South 00°27’49” West 392.74 feet to a point on the North Right-of-Way Boundary of 300 South Road as shown on said Map; Thence, along said North Right-of-Way Boundary, North 89°32’11” West 936.69 feet to said REAL POINT OF BEGINNING.
