CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ida Clark, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 24th day of October 2023, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho to consider a request from Marky’s Super Tow LLC for a renewal of a Special Use Permit allowing a Vehicle Impound Storage, on the property located at Lots 2-4 Jerome Townsite (NE 24-8-16), more commonly known as the Eastern Idaho Railroad property on the northeast corner of South Elm Street and West Avenue B, Jerome, Idaho. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. Please consider joining the meeting virtually or submitting written comment. We strongly encourage written comment be postmarked by October 18th, 2023 or physically submitted by October 20th, 2023.
