CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ervina Covcic, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 10th day of January 2023, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho to consider a request from Valley Wide Cooperative for a Special Use Permit renewal allowing bulk storage of petroleum products on the property located at Tax 2201158 of A-269 and A-270 Jerome Townsite 172’x340.31’ NW (24-8-16), more commonly known as 150 West Blvd South, Jerome, Idaho. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. Please consider joining the meeting in person or submitting written comment. We strongly encourage written comment be postmarked by January 4th, 2023 or physically submitted by January 6th, 2023. Instructions for participation in the Zoom meeting can be found on the agenda.
