CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ervina Covcic, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 13th day of September 2022, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho to consider a request from Efrain Tellez for a Special Use Permit allowing a horse on the property located at Lots 1- 9 Green Acres Subdivision SW (7-8-17), more commonly known as Green Acres Subdivision at 400 16th Avenue East, Jerome, Idaho. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. Please consider joining the meeting in person or submitting written comment. We strongly encourage written comment be postmarked by September 7th, 2022 or physically submitted by September 9th, 2022.
