CITY OF JEROME NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 16th day of November 2021, at the hour of 5:30 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the Jerome City Council at Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho and via Zoom meetings to consider a request from EHM Engineers, Inc, representing Hawkins Land Investments, for final plat approval of a commercial subdivision, on the property located at Tax 1 of SESE, Tax 34A of NESE (Less Tax 2205955) 36-8- 16, more commonly known as the farmland on the west side of South Lincoln Avenue bordered on the south by the N Canal and following South Lincoln Avenue north approximately 573’ and along Bob Barton Road on the northeast side, excluding the new Maverik property at 3135 South Lincoln Avenue, containing approximately 37.95 acres. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. The public will have the opportunity to comment in person at the meeting or by submitting written comment. Written comment must be postmarked by November 10, 2021, or physically submitted by November 12, 2021.
