CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ida Clark, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 23rd day of September 2025, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho to consider a request from Jerome County Sheriff’s Office for a Special Use Permit allowing an Electronic Message Display Sign, on the parcel described as T57 of N1/2NESE Jerome Unplatted (SE 30- 8-17), more commonly known as 2151 South Tiger Dr., Jerome, Idaho. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. Please consider joining the meeting or submitting written comment. We strongly encourage written comment be postmarked by September 17th, 2025, or physically submitted by noon September 19th, 2025.
