CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ida Clark, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 13th day of January 2026, at the hour of 6:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho to consider a request from Maria Delgado for a Special Use Permit allowing a miniature horse, on the property described as parcel number RPJ13701770150A, Tax 2184867 of A-177 Jerome Townsite (NE 19-8-17), more commonly known as 616 East Avenue H, Jerome, Idaho. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. Please consider joining the meeting or submitting written comment.
