CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ervina Covcic, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 11th day of April 2023, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho to consider a request from Scott & Sandy Welsh, for renewal of a Special Use Permit allowing four horses, on the property located at Tax 2213197 of Lot 4 & SESW Jerome Unplatted (SW 7-8-17), more commonly known as 204 16th Avenue East, Jerome, Idaho. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. Please consider joining the meeting in person or submitting written comment. We strongly encourage written comment be postmarked by April 5th, 2023 or physically submitted by April 7th, 2023.
