CITY OF JEROME NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 7th day of October 2025, at the hour of 5:30 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the Jerome City Council at Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho and via Zoom meetings to consider a request from Bremer, LLC for the vacation of the following parcels: Lot 4 in Block 1 of JEROME SOUTHEAST INDUSTRIAL PARK, P.U.D. PHASE III, located in Lots 1 and 2 and E1/2NW1/4 of Section 30, Township 8 South, Range 17 East of the Boise Meridian, Jerome County, Idaho, according to the Plat recorded March 11, 1996 as Instrument Number 961001, Jerome County records. AND Lot 5 in Block 1 of Jerome Southeast Industrial Park P.U.D. Phase III, located in Lots 1and 2 and E 1/2NW 1/4 of Section 30, Township 8 South, Range 17 East, Boise Meridian, Jerome County, Idaho, according to the Plat recorded March 11, 1996, as Instrument Number 961001, Jerome County Records.
