CITY OF JEROME NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 16th day of September 2025, at the hour of 5:30 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the Jerome City Council at Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho and via Zoom meetings to consider a request from Centurion Engineers, Inc for Rezone from Light Industrial (M-1) to Residential 3 on the property described as parcel ID number RPJ13702340020A, Tax 2 of A-234 (NE-18-16), more commonly known as the bare property on the southwest corner of North Birch and 10th Avenue West in Jerome, Idaho. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. Please consider joining the meeting in person or submitting written comment. We strongly encourage written comment be postmarked by September 10, 2025 or physically submitted by September 12, 2025. Instructions for participation in the Zoom meeting can be found on the agenda.
