CITY OF JEROME NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 2nd day of March, 2021, at the hour of 5:30 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the Jerome City Council at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho and live via Zoom meetings to consider the following: AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEROME REVISING TITLE 17 CHAPTER 10.040 OF THE JEROME MUNICIPAL CODE AMENDING THE SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT USE REGULATIONS FOR “DWELLING MULTI-FAMILY (THREE TO FOUR UNITS)”, “DWELLING MULTI-FAMILY (FIVE OR MORE UNITS)”; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Due to Idaho being in Stage 3, limited seating is available. Please considering joining the meeting virtually or submitting written comment. We strongly encourage written comment be postmarked by February 24th or physically submitted by noon on February 26th, 2021.
