CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ida Clark, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 11th day of February 2025, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho to consider a request from Lytle Signs representing Today’s Dental for a Special Use Permit allowing an Electronic Message Display sign, on the property described as Lots 3C and 3D Block 1 Country Corner Subdivision (Replat J.S.IND.PKII- Lots 3-4) (25-8-16), more commonly known as 138 Country Lane, Jerome, Idaho. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. Please consider joining the meeting or submitting written comment. We strongly encourage written comment be postmarked by February 5th, 2025, or physically submitted by noon February 7th, 2025.
