CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ida Clark, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 11th day of February 2020, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho to consider a continuance request from Tensco, Inc., c/o Gerald Martens, for approval on a preliminary plat for Stoney Ridge Subdivision Phase 4, described as a portion of N2 SE 4, Section 7, Township 8 South, Range 17 East, Boise Meridian, Jerome County, Idaho, more commonly known as the westernmost portion of 21st and 22nd Avenues East, approximately 366 feet west to the City limit boundary and approximately 500 feet south containing approximately 4.19 acres. ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE INVITED TO ATTEND, and shall have an opportunity to be heard. Public will have the opportunity to comment at the hearing and written comments are accepted until one week prior to the public hearing.
