CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ida Clark, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 9th day of April 2024, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho to consider a request from ELW Holdings, LLC for a Rezone from Light Industrial (M-1) to General Business (C-2) on the parcel described as Tax 3 of Lot 6 Block 1 South Lincoln Business Park (SE 24-8-16), and Rezone from Light Industrial (M-1) to Residential 3 on the parcel described as Tax 1A of Lot 3 Block 1 and including 80.35 feet of the eastern boundary of Lot 2 Block 1 of the South Lincoln Business Park (SE 24-8-16), more commonly known as a portion of the irrigated farm ground between West Avenue K and West Nez Perce, to the north of Progressive Publishing and Family Health Services and a portion of the property to the west of Progressive Publishing, Jerome, Idaho, containing approximately 15 acres. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. Please consider joining the meeting or submitting written comment.
