CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ida Clark, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 11th day of June 2024, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho to consider a request from EHM Engineers, Inc representing Northwest Equipment for a Preliminary Replat, on the property described as Lots 1-6 Block 1 and Lots 1-5 & 8 Block 2 Deere Park Subdivision (SW 31-8-17), more commonly known as the bare lot on the northeast corner of Golf Course Road and Montana Avenue (300 South) going north approximately 860 feet, containing approximately 19.31 acres. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. Please consider joining the meeting or submitting written comment. We strongly encourage written comment be postmarked by June 5th, 2024, or physically submitted by June 7th, 2024.
