CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ida Clark, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 27th day of October 2020, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho and via Zoom meetings to consider a request from Roel Quinones-Cerron for a Special Use Permit, allowing up to four dairy heifers on the property described as Tax 1 and 2 of Block A-277 Inside Acreage NW (24- 8-16), more commonly known as 819 West Avenue D, Jerome, Idaho. ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE INVITED TO ATTEND, and shall have an opportunity to be heard. Public will have the opportunity to comment at the hearing. Persons are encouraged to submit any and all written comments by October 23rd, 2020 in order to be included in the Staff Report.
