CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ervina Covcic, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 12th day of April 2022, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho to consider a request from Jerry Higley for a Special Use Permit renewal, allowing automotive sales, on the property located at Tax 1 Lot 5, Block 3 Jerome South Industrial Park Subdivision Phase II 25-8-16, more commonly known as 1575 South Lincoln Avenue, Jerome, Idaho. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. Please consider joining the meeting virtually or submitting written comment. We strongly encourage written comment be postmarked by April 6th, 2022 or physically submitted by April 8th, 2022. Instructions for participation in the Zoom meeting can be found on the agenda.
