CITY OF JEROME NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 5th day of November 2024, at the hour of 5:30 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the Jerome City Council at Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho and via Zoom meetings to consider a request from Ahlquist LLC for a Partial Public Right-Of-Way Vacation of Brockman Loop described as a parcel of land located in the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 8 South, Range 17 East, Boise Meridian, Jerome County, Idaho, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the North-West 1/16th Corner of Section 31, Township 8 South, Range 17 East, Boise Meridian, Jerome County, Idaho, from which the West Quarter of said Secion 31 bears South 00019'28" west, 1,320.04 feet; Thence South 89030'30" East, 877.99 feet along the North line of said Brockman Industrial Subdivision and the extension thereof to the Northwest Corner of Lot 6, Block 1 of said subdivision, and South 00029'30" West, 200.74 feet along the west line of Lot 6, to the Southwest corner of said Lot 6, being the POINT OF BEGINNING of this description, Thence along the southerly lot lines of Lots 6, 7 and 8, Block 1, of said Subdivision, South 89030'30" East, 658.24 feet; Thence South 00029'30" West, 50.00 feet to Northeast corner of Lot 4, Block 2 of said Subdivision; Thence North 89030'30" West, 658.24 feet along the northerly line of Lots 4, 3, and 2, Block 2, of said Subdivision; Thence North 00029'30" East, 50.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of this description.
