CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ida Clark, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 14th day of December 2021, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho and via Zoom meetings to consider a request from Lincoln Commons, LLC for a Special Use Permit allowing a Planned Unit Development (PUD), on the property described as, Block 55, Part of Block 56, Part of Block 65, Part of Block 66, Jerome Townsite, Township 8 South, Range 16 East, Section 13, Jerome County, Idaho, more commonly known as the vacant lot south of the Jerome School District Administration building, known as the old Central Elementary school including the baseball field. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. Please consider joining the meeting virtually or submitting written comment. We strongly encourage written comment be postmarked by December 8th, 2021 or physically submitted by December 10th, 2021.
