CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ida Clark, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 22nd day of June 2021, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho and via Zoom meetings to consider a RESCHEDULED request from EHM Engineers, Inc, representing Hawkins Land Investments, for preliminary approval of a commercial subdivision, on the property located at Tax 1 of SESE, Tax 34A of NESE (Less Tax 2205955) 36-8-16, more commonly known as the farmland on the west side of South Lincoln Avenue bordered on the south by the N Canal and following South Lincoln Avenue north approximately 573’ and along Bob Barton Road on the northeast side, excluding the new Maverik property at 3135 South Lincoln Avenue, containing approximately 37.95 acres. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. Please considering joining the meeting virtually or submitting written comment. We strongly encourage written comment be postmarked by June 16th, 2021 or physically submitted by June 18th, 2021.
