CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ervina Covcic, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 12th day of April 2022, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho to consider a request from the occupants residing at 600 2nd Avenue East, for a Special Use Permit allowing four hen chickens and two quail, on the property located at Lot 7, & the West 15’ of Lot 8, Blk 201, East End Sub (SE 18-8-17), more commonly known as 600 2nd Avenue East, Jerome, Idaho. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. Please consider joining the meeting virtually or submitting written comment. We strongly encourage written comment be postmarked by April 6th, 2022 or physically submitted by April 8th, 2022. Instructions for participation in the Zoom meeting can be found on the agenda.
