CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ida Clark, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 10th day of September, 2024, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho to consider a request from Sansei Holdings LLC for a Lot Split, for the property described as Tax 2224494 of Lot 1 Jerome Unplatted (30-8-17), more commonly known as the bare lot to the south of Wright Physical Therapy and to the north of Les Schwab on South Lincoln Avenue, Jerome, Idaho, containing approximately 2 acres. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. Please consider joining the meeting or submitting written comment.
