CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ida Clark, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 14th day of November 2023, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho to consider a request from Peyton Lookingbill, Agent for Nelson Jameson, for a Special Use Permit allowing a 597.35 square foot sign, on the property located at Lots 7-9 Block 4 Northside Subdivision (SE- 8-17), more commonly known as 2420 South Garfield, Jerome, Idaho. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. Please consider joining the meeting virtually or submitting written comment. We strongly encourage written comment be postmarked by November 8th, 2023 or physically submitted by November 10th, 2023.
