CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ida Clark, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 25th day of June 2024, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome City Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho to consider a request from Efrain Tellez for a Special Use Permit allowing six hen chickens, on the property described as Tax 2303643 (Resolution) (SW 7-8-17), more commonly known as 1720 Green Acres Lane, Jerome, Idaho. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. Please consider joining the meeting or submitting written comment. We strongly encourage written comment be postmarked by June 19th, 2024 or physically submitted by June 21st, 2024.
